- How does the 14-day free trial work?
- Sign up and immediately access anonymized candidate profiles and post up to 2 openings. No credit card required. At the end of 14 days, choose a paid plan or your account pauses — no surprise charges.
- What is the success-based placement fee?
- When you hire a candidate sourced through FQHC Talent Exchange, a one-time fee of 15% of the candidate's first-year salary applies. This is only charged upon a successful hire — you never pay if you don't hire.
- What does the 90-day replacement guarantee cover?
- If a placed candidate leaves within the first 90 days for any reason, we'll source and present replacement candidates at no additional placement fee. Your subscription continues as normal.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
- Do you integrate with our existing ATS or HRIS?

- Is there a long-term contract?
