American Indian Health & Services (AIH&S) is a dually-designated FQHC in Santa Barbara — funded by both HRSA under Section 330 and the Indian Health Service under Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act. Founded in 1994, AIH&S serves approximately 7,000 patients representing 95 Nations, Rancherias, Tribes, and Bands, while also providing care to all non-Native community members with limited access to care.
