About Greenville Rancheria Tribal Health Program

Greenville Rancheria Tribal Health is a Medicare-certified FQHC operated by the Greenville Rancheria at 3,500 feet elevation in the Sierra Nevada, serving Plumas and Tehama Counties with 2,729 registered Indian patients. The program provides medical, dental, behavioral health, substance use disorder, diabetes programming, and Community Health Representative services and is a member of the California Rural Indian Health Board.
