Anderson Valley Health Center (AVHC) is a not-for-profit FQHC founded in 1976 and designated in 2011, providing comprehensive primary care, dental, and behavioral health services to all residents of the Anderson Valley in rural Mendocino County. The center holds NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition, serves migrant health populations, and uses eClinicalWorks as its EHR.
