Judge dismisses family planning groups' challenge to 2027 Title X priorities
Issue
On September 17, 2026, a federal judge in Pennsylvania dismissed a suit by the National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association over priorities in the 2027 Title X funding notice. The notice gives 35 of 100 scoring points to alignment with agency priorities, and the court said the claims are not yet ripe.
