About Alexander Valley Healthcare (formerly Coppertower)

Originally incorporated as Coppertower Family Medical Center in 1994, Alexander Valley Healthcare is the only primary care provider between Healdsburg and Ukiah in rural Northern Sonoma County. The FQHC serves 5,000 patients annually across two Cloverdale sites. Aliados Health (formerly Redwood Community Health Coalition) HCCN network member. A $40M new community health center is under construction in downtown Cloverdale, funded in part by Congressman Huffman's 2024 community projects funding.
