Delete my data

You can start a deletion request even if you no longer have the app installed. To protect you, we send a confirmation link before deleting data tied to an email address.

What gets deleted

Email-linked data such as newsletter subscriptions and engagement, saved résumés, course progress, tool submissions, feedback, requests, and matching account data, including saved jobs, saved directory segments, Your Pulse follows, Daily Brief streaks, content reads, and Team Readiness history.
Data that lives only on your phone is deleted inside the app: Profile → Delete my data.
Some records may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
