Delete my data

You can start a deletion request even if you no longer have the app installed. To protect you, we send a confirmation link before deleting data tied to an email address.

Request deletion by email

Enter the email tied to your mobile beta interest, newsletter, saved résumé, account, Career Workspace, course progress, saved jobs, Following watchlist, streaks, submissions, feedback, or tool data. We will send a confirmation link before deleting email-linked data.

What gets deleted

  • Email-linked data such as mobile beta interest, newsletter subscriptions and engagement, saved résumés, course progress, tool submissions, feedback, requests, and matching account data, including Career Workspace targets and plans, saved jobs, saved directory segments, the Following watchlist, Daily Brief streaks, content reads, and Team Readiness history.
  • Data that lives only on your phone is deleted inside the app: Profile → Delete my data.
  • Some records may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
