How FQHC Talent sources, labels, and updates high-stakes operating intelligence.
Primary sources · Confidence labels · Correction path
Intel items are built from public primary sources where possible: government records, state budget documents, court filings, agency bulletins, association statements, WARN filings, and named-source journalism. Each item keeps its source URL and source organization attached.
Directory records combine HRSA-style public identifiers, public organizational websites, known program signals, and derived categorization. The public data catalog exposes downloadable CSVs and RSS feeds so researchers can inspect the underlying structure.
Confirmed means a primary or named source directly supports the claim. Estimated means the claim uses an approximation from a public source. Modeled means FQHC Talent applies a documented assumption. Vendor-reported means the claim comes from a vendor or product source and should be treated as self-reported until independently validated.
Every major tracker publishes a last-updated date. The sitewide freshness date is the newest deployed tracker timestamp; individual modules may have older timestamps when no new verified item was added.
0 modules need review; checked Jun 30, 2026.
