Originally incorporated as Coppertower Family Medical Center in 1994, Alexander Valley Healthcare is the only primary care provider between Healdsburg and Ukiah in rural Northern Sonoma County. The FQHC serves 5,000 patients annually across two Cloverdale sites and provides primary care, dental, and behavioral health under a sliding-fee scale.
