Aliados Health — known as the Redwood Community Health Coalition until January 1, 2023 — is a regional association of 17 community health centers with sites in Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Contra Costa, Solano, and Yolo counties. Formed in 1994, it supports its member health centers with data, quality improvement, and advocacy rather than operating as a direct-care site itself.
