Southland Integrated Services is the only Vietnamese-founded nonprofit FQHC in Orange County. Founded in 1979 as Vietnamese Community of Orange County (refugee resettlement agency in Westminster), with Southland Health Center established June 1998 and FQHC designation achieved May 2015. Operating four sites in Santa Ana, Garden Grove, and Westminster, the organization delivers medical, dental, behavioral health, acupuncture, and 15+ social services. FY2024 revenue: $10.86M (up 9.5% YoY). FTCA deemed facility. Patient portal via eClinicalWorks.
