“To significantly improve the health and quality of life of under-served individuals living in Los Angeles County who have developmental disabilities such as autism, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy and epilepsy.”
The Achievable Foundation (now operating as Achievable Health) is the first FQHC in California — and reportedly in the nation — with a specialized focus on patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), achieving FQHC designation in November 2013. Co-located with one of California's 21 Regional Centers in Culver City, Achievable provides integrated primary care, behavioral health, and psychology services with accessible equipment, extended visit times, and trauma-informed approaches. Founded in 1996 by parents of individuals with I/DD. Charity Navigator 94% (Four-Star rated).
