San Joaquin Health Centers (SJ Health) is a county-affiliated FQHC Lookalike serving over 30,000 unique patients annually through 130,000+ visits at sites in Stockton, French Camp, and Manteca. Originally part of San Joaquin General Hospital, SJ Health became a formal FQHC-LAL in 2014 and operates a family medicine residency program and comprehensive primary care including behavioral health, pain management, and gender-affirming care.
