HRSA finalizes 2026 UDS changes and drops 11 Table 6A lines
Issue
HRSA's Program Assistance Letter 2026-05, dated September 8, 2026, sets final changes for calendar-year 2026 UDS reports due in February 2027. It removes managed care member months, the Table 5 service addendum and 11 Table 6A lines, and adds type 1 diabetes and developmental disability lines.
Enabling services are renamed patient support services.
