Foothill Blvd., Rialto is operating — roughly two months later than the May 2026 date this item originally carried from the organization's pre-opening event page.

The site is built for up to 10,000 patients at full ramp and offers primary care, behavioral health, dental, women's health and pediatrics with bilingual staff, accepting Medi-Cal and Medicare, plus wraparound food-assistance and housing-connection services. COO Alejandro Nuñez framed it as providing 'more than just medical care.'

This is Neighborhood Healthcare's first location in San Bernardino County; the organization now spans San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
