PPIC poll finds majorities for Prop 40 and both rival measures
Issue
A PPIC survey released September 15, 2026 found 52% of likely voters back Proposition 40, the one-time billionaire tax that would mostly fund health care. Majorities also back Propositions 41 (51%) and 42 (54%), and either one voids Proposition 40 if it gets more votes.
Californians vote November 3.
