TMHP requires all EDI submitters to sign new agreements by May 2027
The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership said on October 2, 2026 that every EDI submitter must sign a new Trading Partner Agreement, available December 1. TMHP will deactivate EDI submitter accounts that lack the updated agreement by May 15, 2027.
Billing teams should confirm who holds the center's submitter account and file through TMHP's website.
