How this works

The low, mid, and high figures start from typical role ranges drawn from NACHC 2024–25, UHC Solutions 2025, BLS OEWS May 2024, CPCA 2024, and public job postings. They blend several sources.

The region (−12% to +15%) and experience (−8% to +15%) changes are our own assumptions. They're optional and apply equally to all three figures. They don't tell you what to ask for.

All figures are yearly USD for California. For a real decision, use the employer's range, the exact location, hours, duties, union contract or pay scale, and the full package.

Share Your Salary (Anonymous)

In most states, job postings don't list pay. This data exists only if workers share it. No email, no name, no account: just the role, the state, and the pay.

100% anonymous — we don't store your IP or any identifier. Reports are published only in aggregate, with the same data checks as scraped posting data.

These are posted ranges and government estimates, not offers. Confirm pay in writing with the employer.
