3C Community Clinic is a faith-based FQHC Look-Alike in Koreatown, Los Angeles, delivering culturally sensitive, evidence-based primary care, behavioral health, and acupuncture, with a special focus on Korean-American and immigrant communities. Founded in 2016, it received FQHC Look-Alike status in February 2023. It earned the HRSA Gold Badge for two consecutive years (one of only ~7 Look-Alikes nationally to do so) and 2025 HRSA National Quality Leader recognition across Diabetes, Cancer Screening, Preventive Health, and Access. It houses the KORAM Research Center.
