Tulare County Health & Human Services Agency (TCHHSA) operates the Visalia and Farmersville Health Care Centers as FQHC-designated clinics serving Tulare County's low-income and Medi-Cal population with primary care, specialty services, WIC, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment. The agency is an integrated county body with four branches serving the agricultural Central Valley community.
