Equity Health (formerly South of Market Health Center) is a San Francisco FQHC established in 1973 and one of the first community health centers in the city, rebranded on its 50th anniversary in November 2023. Serving 4,600+ patients annually across four sites in the South of Market, Tenderloin, and Bayview neighborhoods, it provides primary care, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, women's health, HIV services, podiatry, and genetic counseling.
