TL Health Care Foundation is a small FQHC serving the San Gabriel Valley with a focus on culturally appropriate primary care for Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking patients, operating from a single site at 1418 S. San Gabriel Blvd. The clinic is staffed by a bilingual physician-PA team and governed by a nine-member community board.
