Issue
On July 21, 2026, Los Angeles County supervisors authorized the Department of Health Services to contract with community clinics for the Measure ER uninsured program. The motion sets a January 4, 2027 launch, with clinic contracts signed by December 1 and 45 percent of the tax's revenue for the program.
Clinics seeking a contract should watch for the county's solicitation.
