Issue
A PPIC survey of likely voters, taken September 4 to 10, 2026, found 34% would vote yes on Proposition 44 and 61% no. The measure would penalize nonprofit community clinics that spend less than 90% of revenue on program services. Support stays near one in three across partisan groups ahead of the November 3 vote.
