Massachusetts House budget would limit MassHealth 340B drug exclusions
The Massachusetts House passed a fiscal 2026 supplemental budget, 152 to 0. Section 108A would bar MassHealth from a general exclusion of managed-care 340B drugs until CMS approves a 340B hospital access stabilization payment program and the state reports the effect on federally qualified community health centers.
