Southern California Medical Center (SCMC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit FQHC founded in 1994 in El Monte and now operating five clinics across Van Nuys, Woodland Hills, El Monte, Pico Rivera, and Long Beach. SCMC provides primary care, dental, OB/GYN, behavioral health, HIV/STI testing, physical therapy, optometry, and urgent care. Multilingual: Spanish, Khmer, Korean, Farsi, Hindi, Tagalog, Armenian. PCMH recognized. Free patient transportation.
