Southern California Medical Center (SCMC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit FQHC founded in 1994 in El Monte and now operating six clinics across Van Nuys, Woodland Hills, El Monte, Pico Rivera, Pomona, and Long Beach. SCMC provides an extensive range of services including primary care, dental, OB/GYN, behavioral health, HIV/STI testing, physical therapy, and optometry to multinational and multicultural communities.
