CMS says its Medicaid fraud war room stopped $203 million

On July 28, 2026, CMS said its Medicaid Fraud War Room, launched April 23, has acted against 50 high-risk providers. Those actions cover about $203.3 million in Medicaid payments since January 1, 2025, including 42 federal notices of intent to exclude and 15 state enforcement actions.
The release names no health centers.
