First county-level quantification of undocumented dental benefit cuts: 22,012 San Joaquin County residents will lose Medi-Cal dental coverage on July 1 under UIS rollback. FQHCs in the county (Community Medical Centers, Golden Valley Health Centers) will see these patients shift to emergency-only dental or uninsured status.
