ACA Signups reported on August 28, 2026 that preliminary 2027 filings in Texas's individual market average about a 14.1% increase before subsidies. Community Health Choice seeks 27.18% for 180,124 members, and Sendero Health seeks 31.1%.
Cigna and Baylor Scott & White are leaving the individual market, so some patients will need new plans.
