About the Role
CHW at AFH connecting Glendale and Burbank's Armenian, Iranian, and diverse immigrant communities to primary care, behavioral health, and Medi-Cal. Multilingual outreach workers (Armenian, Farsi, Russian) are urgently needed.
Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years community health outreach
- Armenian or Farsi language skills strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Glendale/Burbank Armenian community resources and Medi-Cal enrollment
- Valid CA driver's license
- Armenian or Iranian diaspora lived experience highly valued
