Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Spanish fluency required — 80%+ of patients are farmworker and winery worker families
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — rural HPSA designation
- OCHIN Epic; training provided for experienced providers
- Migrant Health and seasonal worker care experience a strong plus
