Provide nursing care in our busy primary care clinic, conducting assessments, patient education, and chronic disease management.
Requirements
- Current California RN license
- BSN preferred; ADN with plan to complete BSN within 2 years
- Experience in primary care or community health setting
- Knowledge of EPIC EHR system preferred
