- PMHNP license in California required
- Experience in integrated behavioral health, SUD treatment, or MAT strongly preferred
- OCHIN Epic experience helpful; training provided
- Rural health experience or willingness to serve in under-resourced NorCal communities
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — HPSA designation
