NP delivering primary care at ANPHON, an Inglewood-based FQHC with 2 sites serving the diverse LA South Bay/Inglewood corridor. Preventive care, chronic disease management, and women's health for Medi-Cal and uninsured patients.
Requirements
- Active California NP license and DEA
- Family NP certification
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- FQHC, community clinic, or safety-net experience
- Strong chronic disease management skills
