About the Role
Connect AANHPI and LGBTQ+ community members to APHCV's comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, and HIV services. APHCV is a nationally recognized leader in culturally affirming community health.
Requirements
- CHW certification or equivalent community outreach experience required
- Lived experience as LGBTQ+ and/or AANHPI strongly preferred
- Asian language fluency (Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, or Korean) highly valued
- Knowledge of LA community resources for LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities
- HIV/AIDS services familiarity a plus
