Primary care provider (MD/DO or NP) at Anderson Valley Health Center — a single-site FQHC nestled in the Anderson Valley wine country of inland Mendocino County. Serve vineyard workers, ranchers, and rural families. Scenic but remote; NHSC Loan Repayment eligible.
Requirements
- MD/DO or FNP license in California
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Mendocino County rural HPSA
- Bilingual Spanish preferred — significant Latino vineyard worker patient population
- Full-scope rural primary care in a single-provider or small-team setting
- Willingness to live in Anderson Valley / Boonville area
