CHW at Brighter Beginnings connecting Richmond and West Contra Costa County families to prenatal care, WIC, early childhood development, and mental health services. Focus on Black and Latino families facing housing instability.
Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years family or maternal/child health outreach
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Lived experience as parent or caregiver in East Bay or Richmond community strongly valued
- Knowledge of Contra Costa and Alameda County social services
- Valid CA driver's license for home visiting
