Process and track patient referrals to specialty care at CHCCC's Santa Maria office. Coordinate with external providers, manage referral authorizations, and follow up on pending referrals.
Requirements
- Healthcare administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of referral processes and insurance authorizations
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- EHR experience preferred
