About the Role
Board certified psychiatrist for CHCCC's integrated behavioral health program in SLO. Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and consultation to primary care team for patients with mental health conditions.
Requirements
- MD/DO with board certification in Psychiatry
- Active California medical license
- DEA registration with buprenorphine waiver
- Integrated care or community psychiatry experience preferred
