Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years community health outreach
- Spanish or African American Vernacular English bilingual communication skills valued
- Lived experience in South LA, Inglewood, or Compton community preferred
- Knowledge of LA County social services and Medi-Cal enrollment
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
