About the Role
CHW connecting LA's Chinese-speaking community to CSC's primary care, dental, and behavioral health services. Cantonese is the primary outreach language — field-based work in Chinatown, Monterey Park, Alhambra, and San Gabriel Valley.
Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years community health outreach
- Cantonese fluency required; Mandarin a significant plus
- Knowledge of Chinese community resources in LA, Medi-Cal enrollment, senior services
- Valid CA driver's license
- Chinese American or Chinese immigrant lived experience strongly preferred
