About the Role
Deliver integrated behavioral health therapy within Clinica Sierra Vista's primary care teams, providing brief therapy, depression/anxiety treatment, and crisis support for Kern County's agricultural and low-income communities.
Requirements
- LCSW or LMFT with California license; integrated care or FQHC BH experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English required for CSV's predominantly Spanish-speaking Central Valley patients
- Familiarity with collaborative care model, BHI billing, and co-occurring disorder treatment
- Agricultural worker or rural health experience a plus; OCHIN Epic documentation proficiency
