Requirements
- CHW certification preferred; 1+ year promotora or community health education experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English required; trusted member of Kern County farmworker or Latino community valued
- Experience with health education workshops, group facilitation, and community outreach events
- Valid California driver's license; comfortable with field-based outreach in agricultural settings
