Requirements
- BA/BS in healthcare administration or related field; 3+ years FQHC clinic management experience
- OCHIN Epic operational oversight; knowledge of HRSA compliance and UDS reporting requirements
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred for staff and patient communication in Kern County
- Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution skills
