About the Role
Manage claims billing, denial management, and revenue cycle processes for Clinica Sierra Vista's Kern County clinics, ensuring accurate FQHC PPS encounter billing and timely Medi-Cal remittance processing.
Requirements
- 2+ years medical billing experience; FQHC PPS billing or Medi-Cal billing strongly preferred
- Knowledge of T1015 encounter codes, FQHC all-inclusive rates, and Medi-Cal EOBs
- OCHIN Epic billing module proficiency; CPC or equivalent coding credential a plus
- Strong attention to detail; denial management and appeals experience required
