HIV outreach and linkage for DAP Health — connecting newly diagnosed, out-of-care, and at-risk individuals across the Coachella Valley to HIV treatment, PrEP, and LGBTQ+-affirming services.
Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years HIV/LGBTQ+ outreach experience
- Spanish preferred for Coachella Valley's Latino community
- LGBTQ+-affirming, non-judgmental approach required
- Valid CA driver's license
