Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years HIV prevention or LGBTQ+ community outreach
- Spanish fluency required — Eastern Coachella Valley is predominantly Spanish-speaking
- LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive approach required
- HIV testing, PrEP navigation, or Ryan White program experience a plus
- Valid CA driver's license for Coachella Valley field-based outreach
