Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Spanish fluency required — predominantly Latino patient community in San Fernando Valley
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible
- FQHC or community health experience preferred
- Interest in integrated care model — primary care/BH/SUD colocation
