About the Role
Deliver nutrition counseling and health education to FHCSD patients with chronic conditions, conducting individual assessments, group classes, and WIC program services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in nutrition, dietetics, or public health; RD or RDN preferred
- WIC program experience or WIC certification a strong plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred for patient-facing counseling
- Experience in community health or FQHC setting with low-income populations
