Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; medical receptionist experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English required — majority Spanish-speaking patient community
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal eligibility, sliding fee scale, and Covered California enrollment
- OCHIN Epic scheduling and registration experience preferred
